About Caroline
From art history to image-making.
I studied Art History and Museology at the École du Louvre and began my professional life at the Château de Versailles. Those years taught me to look closely—not only at beauty, but at material, context, condition, and the way an object carries its history.
After moving to the United States, I managed an antiques store before founding my photography business in 2018. Years spent handling, presenting, and photographing objects for the art market continue to shape how I work today.
Whether I am photographing a painting in a collector’s home, a catalogue project, or a person in the studio, the aim is the same: accuracy without flatness, and presence without artifice.

Early work at the Château de Versailles, followed by years managing an antiques gallery and working directly with dealers and collectors—experience that also informs my work through Gallery Consulting.
