Portrait & Headshot Sessions
The Experience
A portrait session is not about posing or performing. It is about time, attention, and precision.
I work slowly, with care, adjusting light, expression, and posture throughout the session so the final images feel natural, credible, and true to you — whether for acting, artistic work, professional use, or family memories.
I also offer family, motherhood, and baby portrait sessions for clients who want natural, heartfelt images in a calm and lightly guided setting.

Who These Sessions Are For
These sessions are designed for actors, artists, musicians, and professionals who need portraits that feel authentic, current, and credible in professional contexts.
If you work in the arts or creative fields, the goal is not corporate polish.
It is presence, character, and clarity.
Some people arrive already comfortable in front of the camera. Others do not — both approaches are part of the work.
The work is not about posing, but about finding stillness, intention, and the right moment.
I guide the session closely, adjusting light, posture, expression, and rhythm as we work. There is no pressure to “know how to pose.” What matters is attention, patience, and time.
The result is a portrait that reads as honest and intentional — images that casting directors, agents, and institutions can actually use.

Preparing for Your Session
What should I wear?
Choose clothing that feels like you and reflects how you would like to be seen professionally. Solid colors generally photograph best. Avoid large logos, busy patterns, and clothing that feels distracting or uncomfortable. For headshots and portraits, I recommend bringing 2–3 outfit options so we can create a variety of looks during the session.
How many outfits should I bring?
I recommend bringing 2–3 options, ideally with different levels of formality and color. A jacket, sweater, or change of shirt can dramatically increase the variety of looks we create during a single session.
How should I prepare for my session?
Please arrive camera-ready: clothing steamed or ironed, hair brushed, and grooming done before the session. Bringing a comb, brush, or small grooming items for quick touch-ups can also be helpful. For men, please shave or trim facial hair shortly before the shoot unless you specifically want a more natural or rugged look. Small touch-ups are always possible, but clean preparation makes a real difference in the final images.
Should I get my hair or makeup professionally done?
You're welcome to, but it isn't required. The goal is for you to look like yourself at your best. Natural, polished styling generally photographs best and ages well over time.
Sessions are booked by appointment. A deposit is required to confirm your date.
